Bookings and payment

A booking request is confirmed when we send you a confirmation by email. For paid services, payment is due before the strategy call using the payment link we send you. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and exclude any applicable taxes.

Rescheduling and cancellations

You may reschedule or cancel by contacting us at least 24 hours before your strategy call. Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

We do not guarantee any specific business, financial, or personal result, and nothing we share is legal, tax, or financial advice. Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, or revenue.

Please provide accurate contact details, join on time, and only share information you are allowed to share. Materials we provide during a strategy call are for your own use and may not be resold.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a strategy call is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits.
