We want every strategy call to be worth your time. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work.

Free introductory strategy calls

Free introductory strategy calls have no charge, so no refund applies. Please let us know if you can no longer attend.

Cancelling a paid strategy call

If you cancel at least 24 hours before your strategy call starts, you will receive a full refund, or you can move it to another time at no cost.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time, and missed strategy calls, are generally not refundable. We may offer one reschedule at our discretion.

If we cancel

If we need to cancel or cannot hold your strategy call, you can choose a new time or receive a full refund.

Not satisfied?

If a strategy call did not match its description on our website, contact us within 7 days. We review every request and will offer a follow-up or a partial or full refund where appropriate.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
